The pandemic ponders on and the the whole world is on a staycation. In this summer season, unless your entire world is on fire, your holiday options depend very much on what lies at the end of your street.
If I drive right to the very end of my street, I get to the French Riviera, which the French actually call the “Côte d’Azur”, because the concept of the French Riviera was invented by the English aristocracy.
Here are a few pics of French folks à la plage. Some might all this street photography. I prefer the term “vernacular photography” . For the record, we are in St Raphael and Frejus.
