Out and about again on an autumn drive looking for clichés of real France – Here is the café at Crézancy near Sancerre. Looks like it’s closed forever. Love this photo. It is quite rare to find cafés that have kept their original petrol pumps – even if only for decorative reasons – Yes, before petrol stations, the café had the pump.
